Snowolf Mystic Quest - Connect to the Mystery

Breath work / Cold water immersion / Solitude and Community

6 Day Program - $2500 July / August

For me there is only the traveling on paths that have heart, on any path that may have heart, and the only worthwhile challenge is to traverse its full length—and there I travel looking, looking breathlessly.

Slowly, I arrived at a place where I stopped believing things were happening to me, and instead understood that they were happening for me.

Awaken the Wilderness Within

Beyond the noise of our daily lives, beneath the walls we’ve built around our hearts, there is a calling. A whisper from the Earth. A memory of connection, aliveness, and belonging.

For too long, we’ve lived in separation—cut off from nature, from spirit, and from the wild wisdom within ourselves. But there is another way. A way back to the primal dance of life, to the pulse of the seasons, to the mystery that breathes through all things.

This quest is an invitation to cross the threshold. To return to what is ancient, sacred, and true. To step into the wilderness—and into yourself.

The Journey

🌿 The Gathering (Days 1–2)
We begin high in the mountains of British Columbia. Here, surrounded by raw beauty, you will learn to walk with presence and confidence in the wilderness. Through teachings, reflection, ritual, and the elemental power of breath and cold-water immersion, you’ll discover where separation has lived in your life—and how to dissolve it. Together, in circle and in community, we awaken the source of strength and spirit within.

🔥 The Quest (Days 3–5)
You will then journey alone. Guided by intuition, you’ll find the place in nature that calls to you—a river bend, a stand of trees, a mountaintop. There, you will fast, reflect, and open yourself to the wild within and without. Three days of silence, journaling, listening, and remembering. This is your time to meet yourself fully, stripped of distraction, held by the living Earth.

🌌 The Return (Day 6)
At last, we come back together. In community, we share our stories, our awakenings, and our transformations. Through ceremony, you will be welcomed home—not only to the group, but to your truest self. This is initiation. A sacred marking of passage.

Why It Matters

Across time and culture, humans have honored life’s turning points with ritual. Without them, change can feel chaotic or overwhelming. But with ceremony, challenges become initiations—sacred thresholds that empower, humble, and transform us.

This is more than a retreat. It is a spirit quest. A remembrance that life is not happening to you, but for you. A chance to step into your power, your purpose, and your profound connection to the living world.

✨ Come. Answer the call. Let the mountains guide you. Let the wilderness awaken you. Let your spirit dance again.

The Three Summits

A Journey Beyond The Snowolf Mystic Quest

4 Days · $1200 · August 1–4

Claim Your Purpose. Live Your Vision. Walk Your Path.

Where do we stand in life if we do not know our purpose? Without clarity, we drift—tossed by circumstance, distracted by the illusion of “success,” yet feeling empty inside. But when we awaken to our true gifts, when we root ourselves in purpose, we become steady, powerful, and free.

The Three Summits is a four-day journey into the heart of who you are and why you are here. It is a chance to discover your unique Purpose, strengthen it with a Mission, and expand it into a living Vision. These three summits form the sacred map that will guide your life forward—with confidence, clarity, and deep connection.

The Experience

🌿 In Nature, With Community
High in the wilderness, supported by a circle of like-minded souls, you will step away from distraction and into presence. Here, each moment—whether in reflection, challenge, or silence—becomes a doorway to truth.

🔥 Practices of Awakening
Through breathwork, cold-water immersion, readings, ritual, and deep discussion, you will be guided to break through old patterns and discover the strength of your inner compass.

🌌 The Solo Threshold
An overnight solo in the wild will call you deeper into yourself. In stillness and self-sufficiency, you will face the questions that matter most, and emerge with a renewed sense of who you are and what you carry into the world.

Why Step Into This Quest?

Because life without purpose is wandering. Because you are meant to live with direction, passion, and meaning. Because now is the time to align with the truth of who you are—your gifts, your vision, and your sacred role in the greater whole.

Come to the mountains. Step into the circle. Let The Three Summits guide you to your Purpose, your Mission, and your Vision—so you can walk forward with clarity, confidence, and spirit.

The Inner Quest Walk

1 Day $150

The Vision Walk is a journey upon the face of the earth, a ceremony of preparation, a pilgrimage through the mirror of nature. In the natural world, signs and symbols of your inward journey are reflected. The walk is a distilled version of the threshold phase of the Vision Quest.
During your walk, certain spirits or powers of nature, which typify the nature of your own “medicine power,” are attracted by and reveal themselves to you. With your help, they weave an allegorical or symbolic story which indicates your inherent gifts and future direction.

At a certain moment on your walk, you will find one thing, a symbol of meaning and importance to you. This one thing can return with you and become a symbol of your journey.

The beginning and the end (the “thresholds”) of your day walk are marked by ceremony. The ceremony that you perform at these points may be elaborate or simple, but should involve your focused attention and your gratitude to your Mother Earth for her teaching and safe-keeping. It’s appropriate to offer prayers in whatever way suits your beliefs and practices.

It is wise to keep a journal account of your walk and to be familiar with its basic plot—for it is a kind of “life story” and you are its hero/ine. Like your life, this story has a beginning and an end. Be prepared to share this adventure with a loved one or a close friend. They may be able to point out salient features of the story that you may have overlooked or forgotten.

The Wilderness Quest Walk is an exercise of balance and awareness. It is not a challenging of the elements or the environment, nor is it an endurance contest. The walker maintains connection with the beauty of life and the reality of death as both are reflected by the world of nature.

There will also be breath work and a cold water immersion experience to culminate the quest.

Creating High Performing Groups

Travelling in avalanche terrain is a high stakes activity. It takes communication, decision making, risk analysis, an awareness of the strengths and deficiencies in yourself and the people that you are touring with. Groups also are in constant flux in relation to fatigue, biases, experience, motivations and objectives. To increase the odds in our favour for making the best decisions for the conditions and the people that we are spending time with the mountains, we need to invest time and energy into creating high performing groups.

There are typically five stages of group development and when participating in activates with high consequences we need to ensure that the group and ourselves are performing at our optimum levels. This course focuses specifically on bringing yourself and your group to these optimum levels of performance.

This course is a synthesis of neuroscience, sociology, flow states and philosophy with an integrative approach that brings a greater understanding of how we create and sustain our group at a high performing level.

Some of the topics we discuss and integrate into the field session are:

1. Clear goal and objective setting

2. Close listening skills

3. Focus

4. Communication

5. Blending egos

6. Shared risk / Skin in the Game

7. Always saying yes and more

We will build upon the seminal work of Csikszentmihalyi and Kotler to further develop our comprehension of how achieving flow in group environments allows us to perform a much higher capacity. This will increase the likelihood of activating flow triggers within the context of the group and each individual to exponentially increase the confidence and competence of the group and yourself within a mountain environment.
